Working principle
The uniform pulp is slowly fed into the surface of the spiral groove through the feed groove installed at the head of the spiral groove for sorting. The tail of the spiral groove is equipped with a valve block product interceptor groove, and the separated products are divided into three types along the radial direction according to grade. By adjusting the position of the valve block, the intercepting width of each product can be changed, and the product collection bucket will collect and export the intercepted multi-head ore flow separately. The cross section and curve slope variations of the spiral chute are particularly suitable for the separation of fine particles.

1. Classification of spiral chute?
According to the granularity of the ore treated, the chute can be divided into three categories:
(1) Coarse grain chute, the maximum feeding size of 2-3 mm or larger, up to 100-200 mm.
(2) Mineral sand chute, the maximum size of the ore can be treated is 2-3 mm or larger, up to 100-200 mm.
