Working principle
The working mode of this series crusher is kinetic energy extrusion. The working principle is: the motor drives the belt and pulley, and the moving jaw moves up and down through the eccentric shaft. When the moving jaw rises, the Angle between the elbow plate and the moving jaw increases, so as to push the moving jaw plate closer to the fixed jaw plate, and the material is crushed or split to achieve the purpose of crushing; When the jaw drops, the Angle between the elbow plate and the jaw decreases, and the jaw plate leaves the jaw plate under the action of the pull rod and the spring. At this time, the broken material is discharged from the lower opening of the crushing chamber. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the moving jaw of the crusher moves periodically to break and discharge materials to achieve mass production.

1. Precautions for installing jaw crusher?
(1) Due to the large vibration of the jaw crusher during operation, the machine should be installed on the concrete foundation. To reduce vibration, noise, and the impact on the foundation of nearby buildings and structures, hardwood MATS, rubber belts, or other shock-absorbing materials should be placed between the crusher and the concrete foundation.
(2) The foundation discharge tank should be laid with a layer of metal plate, and there is a sufficient tilt Angle (according to the flow of the material, not less than 50°), so as not to hinder the smooth discharge of broken products.
(3) The size of the discharge port should be adjusted according to the required product size. When adjusting, loosen the T-bolt and spring. Push the adjusting seat with the lifting bolt, insert or remove the corresponding thickness of the gasket, and then retract the lifting bolt. Under the action of the self-weight of the moving jaw, the adjusting seat is close to the ear seat of the frame and the washer group is pressed together. Then, the spring preload is adjusted to ensure that the thrust plate and the thrust plate pad are snug together while the machine is working. However, the pre-loading force should not be too large. As long as there is no tapping, finally lock the adjustment seat.
2. What are the precautions for no-load test?
(1) Jaw crusher continuous operation for 2 hours, bearing temperature rise shall not exceed 30℃.
(2) All fasteners of the jaw crusher should be firm and not loose.
(3) Flywheel and groove wheel run smoothly.
(4) The friction parts of the jaw crusher have no scratches, chips and wear marks, no difference.
(5) The adjustment device of the discharge port of the jaw crusher should be able to ensure the adjustment range of the discharge port.
3. What are the common causes of jaw plate fracture of jaw crusher?
The jaw crusher mainly uses the striking energy of the moving jaw and the counterattack energy of the jaw plate to achieve the purpose of crushing materials. The jaw plate of the jaw crusher plays an important role in the crushing process. A common failure of the jaw plate is fracture. After excluding the unqualified jaw plate manufacturing process produced by the jaw crusher manufacturer, the fault of the equipment itself can be divided into: the size of the jaw crusher discharge port does not meet the standard requirements. After the bulk material enters the crushing chamber, the load increases, and the load of the jaw plate increases correspondingly, which is also related to the elbow plate and the elbow pad. If the quality of the elbow plate and the elbow pad is not up to standard, when the strong impact force requires self-breaking protection operation, the elbow plate will not be able to play the self-breaking protection function of the application.
